Rest Is Not a Reward, Mama π€
Somewhere along the line we were taught that a good mother is tired β that rest must be earned by finishing everything first. But the work never finishes, does it? There's always one more plate, one more uniform, one more 'mummy please'. Today, I want to give you permission to rest BEFORE everything is done β because it never will be, and you deserve kindness anyway.
Listen to today's message
Take a moment before you continue with your day.
